Mindbody covers a lot, but it isn’t set up for every studio. In India, the gaps that matter most are rupee pricing, UPI, GST invoices and WhatsApp. On 24 Sep 2026, Mindbody’s pages listed none of the four for India.
This page lists alternatives worth comparing, with what each one publishes about pricing and India. Every fact is sourced and dated. StudioFly is one of the options, and we say where others may suit you better.
Mindbody is a trademark of its owner. StudioFly is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mindbody. Other product names on this page belong to their owners.
Is there a published price in your currency, or only a sales call? Does it charge per location, per member or per plan?
Can members pay by UPI, and does it work with an Indian payment gateway?
Does it produce GST invoices and a GST filing export?
Can it send reminders on WhatsApp, where most members in India read their messages?
Does it handle the way your studio actually books: capacity, packs, waitlists, private and duo sessions, and particular machines if you need them?
Consider it if you run a class-based studio in India and want rupee pricing, UPI, GST and WhatsApp in one place.
StudioFly in IndiaConsider it if you run a larger or multi-location business, especially spa or salon alongside fitness, and are comfortable with quote-based pricing.
Consider it if you want an Indian vendor and are happy to go through a demo for pricing.
Consider it if WhatsApp messaging matters and you bill in a country where its Stripe-based payments are available.

A realistic plan, step by step. Nothing here needs to happen in a hurry.
From your current system, export your client list, active memberships and class packs with their expiry dates and remaining classes, and any outstanding balances. Check which reports your account can export before you plan the move.
Create your class types, recurring classes, membership plans, packs and staff roles, so the structure is ready before members arrive.
Bring member records across with a spreadsheet (CSV or Excel) import, and check the imported records before you use them.
Saved cards and recurring set-ups usually can’t be moved between payment providers, so plan how members will pay their next fee through StudioFly.
Pick a quiet week, tell members the date and what changes for them, and move bookings over on that day. How long it takes depends on your member count, your plans and how much history you move.
Want to talk through your own setup?
Let’s have a conversationIt depends on your studio. Compare published pricing, UPI payments, GST invoices and WhatsApp messaging, since those are where the platforms differ most in India. This page lists what each option publishes, with sources, so you can compare them on your own criteria.
