Yes. The two rewards can be configured independently.
Are rewards granted immediately?
They follow your configured qualification conditions and delay. A recorded referral does not necessarily mean a reward has already been issued.
Is a joining discount a fixed rupee amount?
The joining-discount reward is percentage-based, with a configurable cap. Wallet credit is a separate reward type.
