StudioFly keeps a yoga studio’s classes, teachers, memberships and payments in one place. Give Hatha, Yin and Vinyasa their own class types and recurring sessions, each with a teacher and a class capacity. Sell class packs and unlimited passes alongside memberships, with credits deducted automatically when a member attends; a drop-in works as a single-class pack. Members book, cancel and reschedule on their own within the cancellation window you set, and join the waitlist themselves when a class is full. Freeze a membership while someone travels, and let automatic WhatsApp reminders go out before a plan expires. Online classes run through Zoom in the same schedule, on Pro and Enterprise or as a Growth add-on. Members check in with your studio’s QR code, and reports show which classes are growing, which memberships expire in the next seven days and the class commissions for each teacher.

Answering messages about available places takes time away from the people already in your studio.
Renewals and first-time inquiries matter, even when your teaching day leaves little room for follow-ups.
Morning Hatha, a midday pause, an evening flow. A shared schedule helps the front desk and your teachers see the same day.
Choose a day, then a class to explore. Illustrative data—not a live schedule.
The parts of a yoga business that usually live in a notebook, a spreadsheet and a few chat threads, and how they fit together in StudioFly.
Sell class packs and unlimited passes alongside memberships. Credits are deducted automatically when a member attends, so a ten-class pack counts itself down. A one-off drop-in works as a single-class pack. Where online payments are enabled on your plan, members can buy a pack themselves in the member portal.
Keep memberships and packs together on each member’s record, with their attendance and payment history. Freeze a membership while someone travels, and let automatic WhatsApp reminders go out before a plan expires, so renewals don’t depend on your memory.
Assign a teacher to every recurring class. When a teacher is unwell, reassign the class to someone else and let the members who booked know. Teachers get their own login through the trainer portal, with the access you choose for their role.
Set a cancellation window for each class. Members book, cancel and reschedule on their own within it, and a late cancellation or a no-show can automatically cost a class credit. It costs a credit, not a fee, so there’s nothing extra to collect. When a class fills up, members can join its waitlist themselves, and the first person waiting is moved in automatically when a place frees up.
Connect Zoom and keep one meeting link per recurring class, so members who book an online session know where to join. In-studio and online classes share one schedule. Online classes are included in Pro and Enterprise, and available as an add-on on Growth.
Members check in by scanning your studio’s QR code, and the visit lands on their record. QR check-in is included in every plan. If you’d rather use hardware at the door, compatible eSSL and ZKTeco devices connect too.
Reports are included in every plan. They answer the questions a yoga studio asks each month, without a spreadsheet.
Attendance by day, by hour and by class type shows whether the early class or the evening one is growing, and occupancy shows how full each class ran against its capacity.
See which memberships expire in the next seven days and which class packs are nearly used up, so a renewal reminder goes out before a regular drifts away.
See who booked a place and didn’t come. It’s the list to check before you tighten a cancellation window.
Collections by date and payment method, the balance on every invoice, and class commissions for each teacher over the period you choose. Attendance, occupancy and commission reports export to Excel.

Let’s have a conversationThe best fit is the one that matches how your studio already runs. For most yoga studios, that means recurring classes with capacity limits, class packs and memberships, member self-booking, reminders and clear payment records. StudioFly covers all of these in one place: members book their own spot, or join the waitlist when a class is full.
StudioFly gives you both: an owner app where your team runs the schedule, members and payments, and a member app where students book their spot, join waitlists, see their plan and pay where your plan allows it. It runs in any phone browser, with WhatsApp reminders before class.
StudioFly has three plans: Growth, Pro and Enterprise. Every plan includes unlimited members, the StudioFly workspace for your team and the member portal. See the pricing page for current prices, and start with a free trial.

Yes. StudioFly works the same for a home studio: every plan includes one location, and you can run in-person classes, online classes or both. Check your local rules on teaching from home before you start.

Yes. Booking confirmations and class reminders go to members on WhatsApp automatically, and renewal reminders go out before a plan expires, so fewer students forget a class or let a membership lapse.
