StudioFly’s QR attendance lets members check in from their own phone. Put your studio’s QR code at a convenient point near the entrance. Members scan it, which opens the check-in flow in their member account, and confirm their arrival with a tap; scanning the code alone isn’t a confirmed attendance record. Recorded check-in and check-out events are kept together, and the visit lands on the member’s profile in your studio workspace. When a member can’t use their own phone, your staff can mark attendance for them with the manual workflow. Members need a suitable phone and access to their account for the member-led flow. No biometric machine is needed, only the displayed code, suitable phones and connectivity. QR check-in is included in every StudioFly plan, and if you’d rather use hardware at the door, compatible eSSL and ZKTeco devices connect too.

What if a member does not have a phone?
Your staff can mark attendance for them with the manual attendance workflow, so the visit is still recorded. The member-led QR flow needs a suitable phone and access to the member’s account, and the staff fallback covers anyone who can’t use their own phone that day.
Is a special biometric machine required?
No biometric machine is needed for this QR flow. You still need the displayed code, suitable phones and the required connectivity.
