UPI QR collection is a separate India/INR workflow on eligible plans, with staff verification of payment. It is not the same as an automatically confirmed gateway transaction.
Apple Pay and Google Pay availability depends on the connected payment provider, region and member’s device. A payment-method logo is not a separate StudioFly gateway integration.

No. Some workflows require an eligible plan or add-on, and many need a separate provider account. Provider subscriptions, transaction fees, messaging charges and device purchases are not automatically included. Use the pricing comparison and confirm the connection you need with our team.
Can I keep my existing WhatsApp number?
Own-number messaging depends on eligibility and provider setup. Meta Cloud API and supported third-party accounts have different onboarding steps. Existing account status and number requirements must be checked before migration. Shared transactional reminders are a different workflow from own-number marketing.
Will any biometric device work?
All 13 eSSL and ZKTeco models listed in our device guide are compatible with StudioFly. Our team can help you choose a model and configure the installation. For a device outside that catalogue, ask us about the specific model before purchasing.
Does StudioFly replace my Zoom subscription?
No. Connect your own Zoom account for supported online sessions. Your Zoom licence still determines limits such as meeting duration and simultaneous sessions, while StudioFly plan eligibility determines access to the software workflow.
