StudioFly connects compatible eSSL and ZKTeco fingerprint and face-attendance devices to your studio records. First, confirm your device model, firmware and network requirements with the team. Then configure the integration and match each enrolled device identity to the right member record. From then on, check-in and check-out events received from the device appear in the studio attendance view, so authorized staff can review visits without relying only on a separate device register. The hardware isn’t included in the subscription, and not every model or firmware version is supported, so check compatibility before you buy. A compatible device also needs enrollment, network connectivity and the integration setup before its events arrive. If you’d rather not use a device, QR attendance, which is included in every plan, lets members check in from their own phone instead, and your staff can still mark attendance for anyone who can’t.

Is the device included in the subscription?
No. StudioFly provides the software integration, not the sale or inclusion of physical hardware. You buy a compatible eSSL or ZKTeco device yourself, and it needs enrollment, network connectivity and integration setup before its check-in events reach your studio attendance view.
Can we use attendance without a biometric device?
Yes. QR attendance lets members check in by scanning your studio’s QR code and confirming on their phone, with no biometric machine needed, and it’s included in every plan. Your staff can also mark attendance with the manual workflow for anyone who can’t use their own phone.
