The StudioFly AI connector lets ChatGPT and Claude work with your studio's data. It's one connector, an MCP server at https://mcp.studiofly.fit/mcp, that each owner or staff member connects with their own StudioFly login, so the assistant sees only what their role and locations allow. It has 37 tools: 17 reads, such as today at a glance, the class schedule, dues and attendance; and 10 changes, such as booking a member into a class, scheduling a weekly series, checking someone in or freezing a membership, each with its own preview. Every change, a booking or a new lead as much as a freeze, is previewed first and waits for your yes. Payments, refunds, invoices, deleting and settings stay in the StudioFly app. StudioFly is listed in Claude's directory, and the StudioFly app is coming soon to the ChatGPT app directory. The connector is included on the Pro and Enterprise plans and available as an add-on on Growth.

Find StudioFly in Claude's directory, or add it in ChatGPT's developer mode, then sign in with your StudioFly login and approve.

What can the AI connector change in my studio?

What stays in the StudioFly app?
Recording payments, refunds, invoices and bills, deleting anything, listing or exporting all members, and changing settings. The connector never shows anyone's pay, bank or ID details or a password, and it can't reach another business.
Who on my team can use it?
The owner and any staff member, each with their own StudioFly login. The assistant follows that person's role and locations, and each person can end their connection from Connected AI apps in StudioFly.
How much does the AI connector cost?
The AI connector is included on the Pro and Enterprise plans and available as an add-on on Growth. The add-on costs ₹300 a month or ₹3,000 a year for studios in India, or $5 a month or $50 a year elsewhere, plus applicable taxes. ChatGPT and Claude accounts are separate.
