No, there are no setup fees or hidden charges. The price you see is the price you pay. Prices shown here exclude applicable taxes.
Subscription payments are non-refundable, as our refund policy sets out. We refund duplicate payments and billing errors on our side; email support@studiofly.fit with the payment's transaction ID. Your free trial needs no card and never converts to a paid plan on its own, so you can evaluate StudioFly before paying. Where local law grants statutory rights, such as in the EU and UK, those rights still apply.

Yes. Family accounts are available on Growth, Pro and Enterprise. Parents book classes, renew memberships and pay for their children, or anyone in the family, from a single account. A family member can be added with just a name, and messages and receipts go to the parent.

Studios in India pay in Indian rupees by UPI, debit or credit card, or netbanking, through Razorpay. Studios everywhere else pay in US dollars by card or PayPal. Prices shown exclude applicable taxes.

Yes. Every plan includes one location, and each additional location is an add-on priced by plan. In India that's ₹999 a month + GST or ₹9,999 a year + GST on Growth, ₹1,499 a month + GST or ₹14,999 a year + GST on Pro, and ₹2,499 a month + GST or ₹24,999 a year + GST on Enterprise. Outside India, additional locations are billed in US dollars; ask our team for the price on your plan. For a multi-location rollout, talk to our team.
