Zenoti alternatives for class-led studios in India

Last verified: 25 September 2026

Zenoti began in Hyderabad as ManageMySpa and now serves salons, spas, medspas and fitness businesses, with GST invoices and Indian payment options for its customers in India. Its fitness plans are quoted, and its contracts renew yearly.

We make StudioFly, software built for class-led studios such as Pilates, yoga and dance. This page compares the options for a studio in India, with every fact sourced and dated 25 September 2026, and it credits what Zenoti does well.

Zenoti is a trademark of its owner. StudioFly is not affiliated with or endorsed by Zenoti. Other product names on this page belong to their owners.

Choose StudioFly if

  • You run a class-led studio and want every plan's price published in rupees
  • You want GST invoices with a GSTR-1 export
  • You'd rather start with a free trial and no set-up fee
  • You want CRM, WhatsApp and email campaigns and products in one workspace

Look elsewhere if

  • You run spa, salon or medspa services alongside fitness: look at Zenoti
  • You need Pine Labs card terminals at the front desk: look at Zenoti
  • You run a franchise network with royalties: look at Zenoti
  • You want AI agents for reception and retention as paid layers: look at Zenoti
PRICING

What each one publishes.

Zenoti

  • Viewed from India on 25 Sep 2026, the Fitness tab of Zenoti's 2026 pricing page shows three offers, each "Custom Pricing" with no amount or currency: Zenoti OS (best for gyms, clubs and fitness franchises), Zenoti AI Plus and Zenoti AI Workforce.1
  • Viewed from India on 25 Sep 2026, Zenoti's other pricing page (/pricing-zenoti, Fitness selected) shows two offers, Zenoti OS and Your AI Workforce, each with only a "Get a Quote" button.2
  • Zenoti publishes the feature list of each offer (for Fitness: Zenoti OS, AI Plus, AI Workforce) but no prices; the Zenoti OS list mixes single-site and enterprise items without saying which tier includes what.1
  • Zenoti's Terms and Conditions charge a one-time, non-refundable set-up fee per centre, at Zenoti's then-current rates; the pricing pages show no amount.3
  • Contract: the initial term is set in the order form, then the agreement renews automatically for one-year terms; either side can end it at the end of a term with at least 60 days' notice. Price changes: at each renewal Zenoti may raise fees by up to 20%, and it may raise fees at any time with 60 days' written notice. All fees are non-refundable except as the terms state.3

StudioFly (India)

  • Growth: ₹1,999 a month, or ₹19,999 a year
  • Pro: ₹2,999 a month, or ₹29,999 a year
  • Enterprise: ₹44,999 a year; monthly billing on request
  • Prices exclude GST. Every plan includes one location and unlimited members, with a 7-day free trial in India. See pricing
HOW TO COMPARE

Five questions worth asking.

  1. What does the contract commit you to?

Ask for the set-up fee, the initial term, how renewal works and how prices can change, all in writing.

  2. Which Indian payment methods work, and for what?

Check UPI, cards and terminals, and whether recurring payments and saved cards work with the gateway you'll use.

  3. Do you need a GSTR-1 export?

Some tools give GST invoices and reports to prepare returns; others export the return file itself. Ask which you're getting.

  4. Is it built around classes or services?

Test your own timetable: recurring classes, packs, waitlists and cancellation rules, not only appointments.

  5. What does each message cost?

Check whether WhatsApp, SMS and email messages use credits you buy on top of the plan.

THE ALTERNATIVES

Options worth comparing.

StudioFly

  • Every plan’s price and what it includes is published: Growth, Pro and Enterprise in rupees, with a 7-day free trial in India, no card needed and no setup fee.
  • One workspace for members, leads and CRM, classes, GST billing, WhatsApp reminders and campaigns, email campaigns, and products and inventory. CRM and product management are on every plan; WhatsApp Business API on your own number and Email Marketing Premium are included on Enterprise.
  • UPI, cards and netbanking through Razorpay (Pro and Enterprise; add-on on Growth); GST invoices with GSTR-1 export on every plan.
  • Owners see every location from one login, with a Location Performance view by branch; extra locations are paid add-ons. The Full Website API (Enterprise, or an add-on on Pro) takes bookings and sales on your own website.
  • AI Business Pack: AI insights, a business assistant and a WhatsApp AI agent (Enterprise, or an add-on on Growth and Pro).
  • Email, ticket and phone support on every plan. Tickets get an AI reply around the clock, and a person replies within 2 business hours. Enterprise adds a dedicated customer success manager for onboarding, training and handholding.
  • There’s no consumer marketplace and no choice of a particular machine, and the mobile apps are coming soon.

Consider StudioFly for a class-led studio that wants published rupee pricing, GST invoices with a GSTR-1 export and UPI through Razorpay; choose Zenoti for spa, salon or medspa services alongside fitness, or a large franchise network.

IN FAIRNESS

Where Zenoti is the better choice.

GST invoices with GSTIN and the tax split

Zenoti has a GST - India mode, switched on by a setting (help page last modified 7 June 2023). GST receipts can carry the centre's GSTIN, state code and PAN in the header or footer; SAC codes are mandatory for services and HSN codes for products once GST India is on. Receipts can show each GST component (for example CGST and SGST), and the GST invoice types include tax invoices, vouchers, credit notes and advance receipts.8

Indian payment options, including Pine Labs terminals

Zenoti integrates with Airpay, which it says is supported only in India, for in-store terminal and Webstore payments; UPI is one of Airpay's methods. Airpay does not support Zenoti's customer mobile app (page last modified 23 October 2023). The Pine Labs Plutus card-terminal integration is on Zenoti's Enterprise plan, and it doesn't yet support refunds, voids, card storage, recurring charges or webstore purchases (page last modified 30 July 2024).5,34

Spa, salon and medspa services alongside fitness

Zenoti's pricing page lists four business types (Salon & Spa, Medspa, Fitness, Barbershop) and says Zenoti is built for salons, spas, medspas, fitness centres and barbershops, from single locations to enterprise franchises.2

Franchise and multi-centre operations

Multi-centre and franchise operation: one organisation with many centres, franchisor controls, royalties and cross-centre settlements. Reporting can drill into a single location or roll up across the whole brand.17,18

Published support response targets

Zenoti publishes support response targets by severity: under 30 minutes (Severity 1), under 2 hours (Severity 2) and same day (Severity 3); premium support agreements differ.19

SWITCHING

Moving from Zenoti to StudioFly.

A realistic plan, step by step. Nothing here needs to happen in a hurry.

  1. Export what you have

Zenoti's help centre describes exporting data module by module, starting with the guest list from Guests → Manage Guests to Excel or CSV, and downloading reports (large ones are emailed). On termination Zenoti returns or destroys your data, so export first. Check your order form for the renewal date, because the agreement renews automatically for one-year terms. (Sources 42, 43, 3, checked 25 Sep 2026.)

  2. Set up StudioFly

Create your class types, recurring classes, membership plans, packs and staff roles, so the structure is ready before members arrive.

  3. Import your members

Bring member records across with a spreadsheet (CSV or Excel) import, and check the imported records before you use them.

  4. Plan payments

Saved cards and recurring set-ups usually can’t be moved between payment providers, so plan how members will pay their next fee through StudioFly.

  5. Choose a switch date

Pick a quiet week, tell members the date and what changes for them, and move bookings over on that day. How long it takes depends on your member count, your plans and how much history you move.
