Martial arts academies in India run on batches: kids and adults, beginners and senior belts, each with an instructor and a timetable, and monthly fees that someone has to follow up. Gradings, uniforms and competitions add one-off charges, and parents usually pay for younger students.
We checked nine options, StudioFly included, against the same criteria, India first, using only each product’s own pages. This isn’t a ranking. Each product sits under the kind of academy it suits best, and we say where another product suits an academy better than StudioFly, including belt tracking, which StudioFly doesn’t do.

We checked every product against the same 13 criteria, StudioFly included, using only the product's own website, pricing page, help centre or app listing, on 25 September 2026.

The vendor’s own prices are published in rupees. Partly means they’re quoted in rupees but not published.
UPI payments
Members can pay you by UPI, directly or through an Indian gateway such as Razorpay. Partly means UPI payments are only recorded by hand, or UPI is still planned.
GST invoices
Invoices to your members with your GSTIN and the CGST and SGST, or IGST, split. Partly means GST is mentioned, or a single tax label, without those details.
Automatic WhatsApp reminders

How we chose the products
We started from the Google results for India for martial arts academy and school software that we recorded on 24 September 2026, and from the platforms academies meet most often. Each of the eight has its own martial arts pages, and three are Indian and priced in rupees: AcadifyOS, Centrl Studio and YourFee.
For each product we read its own website, pricing page and help centre on 25 September 2026. StudioFly is included because we make it.
What “Listed” means
Listed: the product's own pages describe it. Partly: they describe some of it, or only as a paid add-on or on the roadmap. Not listed: we couldn't find it on the pages we checked. That doesn't mean the product can't do it, so ask the vendor.
For StudioFly we used the same standard: what studiofly.fit says, which is limited to what we've confirmed in the product.
What we left out
Martial Arts Club Manager, a WordPress plugin you install and host on your own site, with its Pro tier billed in pounds.
Centrl Studio is run by a sole proprietor based in Pune, Maharashtra (named in its terms). Product development began in 2024 while the team operated Riyasa Studio, a Pune studio.70,71
Best for: Small Indian academies that take fees by UPI or cash at the dojo and want GST receipts, WhatsApp fee reminders and per-class instructor payouts at published rupee prices.

Which martial arts software tracks belts and gradings?
Spark Membership, Kicksite, Zen Planner, Martialytics and DojoChamp list belt-rank records and promotion eligibility. AcadifyOS describes belt tracking in a blog post, Centrl Studio says structured belt records are on its roadmap, and YourFee runs gradings as paid events. StudioFly doesn’t track belts or gradings.
Which options support UPI and GST invoices for an Indian academy?
StudioFly lists both, with UPI through Razorpay. Centrl Studio lists GST invoices with the CGST and SGST split and records UPI paid at the dojo. YourFee and AcadifyOS take UPI online, but their pages don’t mention GST. None of the five products priced in US dollars lists UPI or GST invoices with the CGST and SGST split.
Can parents pay fees and see attendance?
YourFee and AcadifyOS give parents their own portal or app. DojoChamp, Kicksite, Spark Membership and Zen Planner list family accounts, and Martialytics lets family members share one login. Centrl Studio and StudioFly keep a guardian’s contact on the student’s profile, without a parent login.
Which work out instructor pay automatically?
Centrl Studio works out instructor earnings per class taught on its Studio Pro and Studio Scale plans, and StudioFly creates PT commissions automatically and works out class commissions for each instructor. Zen Planner, YourFee and AcadifyOS list payroll without pay from classes taught, and the pages of Spark Membership, Kicksite, Martialytics and DojoChamp don’t describe instructor pay.
