Best studio management software in India: 9 options compared
Last verified: 25 September 2026
Disclosure. We make StudioFly. We've included it, and we've tried to be fair to everyone else.
A studio runs on more than a timetable. Leads arrive on WhatsApp and Instagram, members buy packs and memberships, someone sells mats and water bottles at the front desk, and a second branch doubles the reports. Studio management software promises to keep all of it in one place.
We checked nine options, StudioFly included, against the same criteria, India first, then the tools that decide whether you need one system or several: CRM, marketing, products and stock, your website, several locations and AI. This isn’t a ranking. Each product sits under the kind of studio it suits best, and we say where another product suits a studio better than StudioFly.
Product names on this page are trademarks of their owners. StudioFly is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.
BEST FOR

HOW WE COMPARED
India first, then the studio itself.
We checked every product against the same 14 criteria, StudioFly included, using only the product's own website, pricing page, help centre or app listing, on 25 September 2026.
India criteria
Prices in rupees
The vendor’s own prices are published in rupees. Partly means they’re quoted in rupees but not published.
UPI payments
Members can pay you by UPI, directly or through an Indian gateway such as Razorpay. Partly means UPI payments are only recorded by hand, or UPI is still planned.
GST invoices
Invoices to your members with your GSTIN and the CGST and SGST, or IGST, split. Partly means GST is mentioned, or a single tax label, without those details.
Automatic WhatsApp reminders
Fee, renewal or class reminders sent to members on WhatsApp automatically. Partly means they’re sent by hand, or WhatsApp isn’t available to studios in India.
Support in India
An office, team or support phone line in India, or support hours stated in Indian time. Partly means support that covers Indian hours without any of those, such as round-the-clock chat, or some help for India, such as onboarding.
Total cost you can see
A year’s cost can be worked out from the vendor’s pages: the subscription, the add-ons a studio needs and any payment fees. Partly means only some of it, such as a starting price or prices given as ranges. Not listed means quote only.
For running the whole studio
Classes and booking
Recurring classes with a capacity, and members book themselves. Partly means one of the two.
Packs and memberships
Class packs with credits, and memberships. Partly means one of the two.
CRM and leads
Lead capture and follow-up, such as a pipeline, tasks or automated follow-ups, in the same system. Partly means contact lists or forms only.
Marketing campaigns
Automated email and WhatsApp or SMS campaigns in the same system. Partly means one channel, or only through a third-party add-on.
Products and stock
Product sales with stock tracking. Partly means product sales without stock.
Your own website
Class booking, pack or membership purchase and product sales on your own website. Partly means some of these, or only a hosted page.
Several locations
Several locations from one login, with reports that compare them. Partly means several locations without a cross-location report, or a separate login for each.
AI features
AI features the vendor describes as available now, such as insights, an assistant or an agent. Partly means a beta, or AI in one narrow feature.
How we chose the products
We started from the platforms studios in India meet most often when they compare studio management software, from our comparison research, and kept the eight whose own pages describe classes, packs, a CRM, marketing, retail and several locations in one system. Zenoti, YoActiv and YDL have an Indian presence.
The Google and Bing results for “studio management software” that we recorded on 24 September 2026 were mostly photography and recording-studio tools and lists, so they didn’t decide the shortlist. For each product we read its own website, pricing page and help centre on 25 September 2026. StudioFly is included because we make it.
What “Listed” means
Listed: the product's own pages describe it. Partly: they describe some of it, or only as a paid add-on or on the roadmap. Not listed: we couldn't find it on the pages we checked. That doesn't mean the product can't do it, so ask the vendor.
For StudioFly we used the same standard: what studiofly.fit says, which is limited to what we've confirmed in the product.
Kenko, which leads with done-for-you marketing and sells booking as part of a plan, and Bookday and StudioBookings, booking tools whose pages don’t describe a CRM or retail stock.
DINGG and Vagaro, which lead with salons and spas and are appointment-led, and Fitune, whose feature pages blocked automated reading on the day we checked.
bsport, Walla and TeamUp, whose names collide with other things in search, under our naming rule, and MyGymDesk and Gymdesk, which we never evaluate.

IN FAIRNESS
When StudioFly isn't the right fit.
StudioFly suits many class-led studios, but not all of them. If one of these describes you, look at the alternatives named first.
You want an AI receptionist on the phone

ABC Glofox, WellnessLiving and Zenoti list AI agents that answer calls.45,46,70,74,85,91
You run spa or salon services alongside classes
StudioFly is built for class-led studios. It doesn’t book treatment rooms or resources.

What is the best studio management software in India?
The one that covers how your studio runs without extra tools. For studios in India, compare rupee pricing, UPI, GST invoices and WhatsApp first: StudioFly, YDL and YoActiv are Indian vendors, and Zenoti lists GST invoices and UPI through Airpay. For multi-location brands, Mindbody, ABC Glofox and Zenoti list roll-up reports. This guide groups nine options by the kind of studio each suits; it isn’t a ranking. We make StudioFly.
Which studio software includes a CRM and marketing?
All nine list lead capture and follow-up. For campaigns, Mindbody, ABC Glofox, Momence, WellnessLiving, Zenoti, Arketa and YDL list automated email, SMS or WhatsApp messages, some on higher plans or as add-ons, and YoActiv describes email automation with SMS and WhatsApp as add-ons. StudioFly sends WhatsApp reminders on every plan, with WhatsApp and email campaigns on Enterprise or as add-ons.
Can I sell products and track stock?
All nine list product sales with stock tracking; StudioFly tracks stock by location, with purchase invoices and low-stock alerts. Selling products on your own website is less common: Momence, WellnessLiving and Arketa list it, Zenoti needs a Shopify integration, and StudioFly does it through its Full Website API.
Which software handles several locations from one login?
Mindbody, Momence, Zenoti, Arketa and YDL describe one view across locations with reports that compare them. ABC Glofox does through ABC Insights, and WellnessLiving on its Enterprise plan. YoActiv lists multi-location management without a comparison report on the pages we checked. StudioFly shows every location from one login with a Location Performance table, and each extra location is an add-on.
Which studio software has AI?
Mindbody, ABC Glofox, Momence, WellnessLiving, Zenoti, Arketa and YDL list AI features, from insights to agents that answer clients, and several are add-ons or betas. YoActiv’s pages didn’t describe AI. StudioFly’s AI Business Pack covers insights, a business assistant, a WhatsApp AI agent and trainer-reviewed plan drafts.
How often is this guide checked?
At least every 90 days, and straight away after a known change such as an acquisition or a price change. The date at the top of the page is the last full check.
