Claude prompts for yoga and Pilates studios, with the answers they gave
your real studio.
These Claude prompts for yoga and Pilates studios were run in Claude on Kinetic Loft Studio, a demo studio with Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Barre and yoga classes. With StudioFly connected, each one works on your own members and schedule, and the ones that change something show a preview first.
From the team behind MyGymDeskBook Meghna Bose into the 5pm Reformer Pilates on 8 October.
Claude previewed the booking, noted that Meghna would get a WhatsApp confirmation, and asked “Shall I go ahead?”
Yes.
Booked: 1 of 8 places taken.
Which Claude prompts work for yoga and Pilates studios?
The Claude prompts that work for yoga and Pilates studios are plain requests about your own classes and members, once StudioFly is connected. Ask Claude to look up a member, show last month's revenue by payment mode, or list the week's classes, dues and renewals. Ask it to add a Reformer Pilates class on a date and time, book a member into it, or cancel it when an instructor is unwell. Name the member, the class and its date and time, and Claude previews exactly what will happen. Every change, from adding a class to a cancellation or a payment reminder, waits for your yes. Claude only sees what your StudioFly login can see. The examples on this page were run in Claude on a demo studio on 5 October 2026, and each answer is summarized as it came back.
Prompts for knowing where you stand
Start the week with the numbers that matter. At the demo studio, “Show last month's revenue by payment mode” returned September's total, ₹1,92,550 from 24 payments, split by payment mode, and the modes added up to the total. The demo studio is set up in India, so it works in rupees.
“Look up member Arjun Mehta” came back with his member code, KL000004, and his location. A lookup also covers plans and packs, sessions left, dues and recent visits, and never shows a phone number.
More to try
- “What does today look like at my studio?”
- “Who owes us money, oldest first?”
- “Which class packs end in the next 14 days and haven't been renewed?”
- “How many members joined last month?”
Show last month's revenue by payment mode.
September: ₹1,92,550 from 24 payments, split by payment mode. The modes add up to the total.
Prompts for adding and filling a class
Demand for an extra reformer slot? Ask Claude to add it. At the demo studio, “Add a Reformer Pilates class on 8 October at 5pm” was previewed and then scheduled for Thursday 8 October, 5:00 to 5:50pm, at the Banjara Hills location. Nobody was messaged: a new class stays quiet until people book it.
Then fill it. Booking Meghna Bose into that class, Claude chose to ask “Shall I go ahead?” before booking, because a WhatsApp confirmation would go out. After a yes she was booked, taking 1 of 8 places.
Add a Reformer Pilates class on 8 October at 5pm.
Previewed, then scheduled: Thursday 8 October, 5:00–5:50pm, Banjara Hills. Nobody was messaged.
Prompts for canceling with care
“Cancel the 5pm Reformer Pilates on 8 October, instructor unwell.” Claude showed the preview: one booking would be dropped with no penalty, and the booked member would get a notice. It asked “Shall I go ahead?”, and only after a yes was the class canceled.
Because the studio canceled, no session comes out of anyone's class pack, and nobody on the waitlist is moved into a class that isn't happening. Each booked member gets one cancellation notice, and that's all that goes out.
Cancel the 5pm Reformer Pilates on 8 October, instructor unwell.
Preview: 1 booking dropped, no penalty, and a cancellation notice to the member. Shall I go ahead?
Yes.
Canceled.
Five habits for clear answers
Prompts work when they're specific. These habits come from running every change in Claude on the demo studio.
Name the class by day and time
“The 5pm Reformer Pilates on 8 October” finds one session. If two classes share a start time, add the class name or location.
Name the member
Use their name or member code. If two members match, Claude asks which one you mean before it previews anything.
Give a number of days
“In the last 7 days” or “in the next 14 days”. Reads take a period, and the answer is clearer with one.
Ask for a preview only
Add “don't make the change yet” when you're only checking. You'll see exactly what would happen, and nothing changes.
One change per message
Each change has its own preview and its own yes, so one request at a time keeps the conversation easy to follow.
The same prompts work in ChatGPT
The connector is the same in both assistants, so these prompts also work in ChatGPT, with the same previews and the same limits. Our ChatGPT guide for Pilates studios has a different set, run in ChatGPT on the same demo studio.
Whichever assistant you use, the answers come from StudioFly's records, so a revenue figure in Claude matches the one on your Reports screen.

Claude prompts for yoga and Pilates studios FAQs
Want to talk through your own setup?
Let’s have a conversationDo I need special wording for Claude?
No. Plain sentences work. Name the member, and the class by its day and time, and Claude picks the right StudioFly tool. If something is missing, it asks.
Can Claude schedule a recurring yoga class?
Yes. Give the weekdays and how long it should run, such as “Restorative Yoga every Tuesday and Thursday at 8am for four weeks”, and StudioFly previews the whole series at once. Days the studio is closed are skipped and listed.
Will members lose a session when I cancel a class?
No. A class the studio cancels ends every booking with no penalty and no session used, and each booked member gets one cancellation notice.
Can Claude message all my members about a canceled class?
Only the members booked into that class: each gets one cancellation notice. Messages to many members at once stay in the StudioFly app.
Can Claude see my members' phone numbers?
No. Member lookups never show phone numbers, and a new lead's number appears only as its last four digits in the preview.
Which plan do I need?
The AI connector is included on the Pro and Enterprise plans and available as an add-on on Growth. The add-on costs ₹300 a month or ₹3,000 a year for studios in India, or $5 a month or $50 a year elsewhere, plus applicable taxes.
