Either works well with StudioFly, so choose the assistant you'll actually open every day. Both connect through the same StudioFly connector, use the same 37 tools, follow your login's permissions and show the same preview and “Shall I go ahead?” before every change, so their answers about your classes, members and dues match. Claude has StudioFly in its connector directory today and lets you set approval tool by tool. The StudioFly app is coming soon to the ChatGPT app directory, and you can connect it now in developer mode; ChatGPT can show its own approval card before a change, for example in Chat mode. If your team already uses one of them, start there. You can also connect both: the AI connector is included on the Pro and Enterprise plans and available as an add-on on Growth.
Same connector, same answers
Both assistants talk to StudioFly through one connector, so the tools, the data and the limits are identical. Asked about the same day at the same demo studio, both came back with 2 bookings out of 20 class places, no personal training and nothing collected. Asked for last month's revenue by payment mode, both returned ₹1,92,550 across 24 payments.

The differences are in the assistants, not in StudioFly. Both were tested on the demo studio on 5 October 2026. Each assistant's own settings and modes can change how often it asks before a change, but StudioFly's own question doesn't: every change ends with “Shall I go ahead?” in both.

The same care with your members
Whichever assistant you choose, a member's phone number never appears in a lookup, nobody's pay or bank details are shared, and the whole member list can't be exported. Messages to members go out only from a change you've seen in a preview and said yes to: a booking confirmation, a cancellation notice or one payment reminder.
And whichever you choose, StudioFly keeps the work you'd want to double-check, like recording payments and changing settings, in the app.
StudioFly's own business assistant
If you'd rather not use an outside assistant at all, the AI Business Pack adds a business assistant inside StudioFly. It answers in English, Hindi or Hinglish, and actions such as renewal reminders, a new lead or a freeze happen only after you tap Confirm.
It's a separate product with its own plans: included on Enterprise and in the free trial, and an add-on on Growth and Pro. Some studios use it alongside the connector; others pick one.
